Send us a newer schedule

There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate. One email address, and a clear account of the two things we can and cannot answer.

The address

Write to [email protected]. There is no contact form here because we have no system behind one: a form that quietly posts nowhere while showing a friendly confirmation is worse than no form at all, and a form asking about your teeth would be collecting health information we have no business holding.

What we genuinely want

  • A link to a newer version of any fee schedule we quote. All three go out of date, and one of them is already dated into 2026. This is the most valuable message we receive.
  • A figure on this site that does not match its source. Tell us the page, the number and where you read the document, and we will check it against the original and correct it in public.
  • A published payer schedule from a state or programme we have not read, especially one that prices adult bridgework. Two of our three barely do, and we would like a wider picture.
  • Anything on the site that reads as advice about a specific tooth. That is a failure of ours and we want to fix it.

What we cannot answer

Anything about your own mouth. We cannot tell you whether you need a crown, whether a filling would have done, whether a quote you have been given is fair for your case, or what the pain you are describing is. Nobody at this desk is licensed to do any of that, and doing it badly by email would be worse than not doing it. Those questions belong with a dentist who can examine you — and if something is swollen, feverish, bleeding and not stopping, or making it hard to swallow or breathe, they belong with urgent care today rather than with an inbox.

We also will not recommend a practice. Not by email, not privately, not as a favour. No clinic is named anywhere on this site and that rule does not have a back door.

Commercial mail

Offers of paid placement, sponsored posts, link insertions or "partnerships" that involve naming a practice are declined without discussion; the reasoning is set out on the page about how we are paid. Programme managers correcting a factual error about their own terms are welcome and will get a correction.
